Refund and Return Policy

At Corny Threads, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges. 

We do not offer refunds or replacements if the wrong shipping address is provided by the customer.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  1. The item must be returned in the same condition as received, using the return label provided by our customer service team.
  2. To request a refund, email us at cornythreads@gmail.com with your Name, Order Number, and details explaining your reason for the refund request.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to a 30% restocking fee. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Important: Do not send your purchase back to the return address on the package.

Returned to Sender

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, we can reship it to you. You will need to pay for the shipping and handling fees. If you choose not to have the order reshipped, we will issue a refund, excluding the original shipping costs, priority processing, and insurance. A 30% restocking fee will also apply.

In some cases, packages are refused by the manufacturer or lost in transit. If we do not receive the package back, we can offer you a 50% store credit towards a new item.

If the address provided was correct and the package is returned, we will reship the order to the same address at no additional charge. To change the address, you will need to cover the shipping and handling fees.

Order Cancellation

Custom products are printed on demand specifically for each customer. Therefore, we can only cancel or modify orders within 12 hours of purchase. This includes orders for Apparel, Mugs, and Ornaments. 

Clearance Items

Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Warranties

Our refund and replacement policy is valid for 30 days from the date your tracking number indicates delivery. If 60 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

International Shipping

Customs duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the base price of our products. These are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country.

Return and Exchange Policy

At Corny Threads, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We’ve designed our return and exchange process to be as smooth as possible.

Eligibility:
Unworn and unwashed merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original order date, provided it is accompanied by the original tags and packaging. Health and wellness items are non-returnable.

All online order returns, refunds, and exchanges must be processed through our customer service team via cornythreads@gmail.com.


How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. To start the return or exchange process, email us at cornythreads@gmail.com with your Name, Order Number, a photo of the defective or incorrect item, and the reason for the return or refund request.
  2. Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
  3. If approved, we will send a return label to your email address.
  4. Use the provided return label and drop off the package at a UPS facility. Do not send returns to the original shipping address.

Once we receive your returned item, we can either:

  • Issue a refund to your original form of payment within 3–5 business days, or
  • Send a replacement order within 72 hours.

If your tracking number indicates delivery but you claim the order was not received, we will rely on the tracking information. You will need to provide a claim ID form from your local post office for verification. Once verified, we will issue a replacement.
